For help with your account, subscription, or anything else in the app, reach out to our team by email. To help us respond as quickly as possible, include the following in your message:

• The email address associated with your Maka Kids account
• Your device model and iOS version
• A brief description of the issue
• Any relevant screenshots, if you have them

Note: To find your iOS version, open Settings, tap General, then tap About. Your iOS version is listed there.

Submitting feedback

We love hearing from the families using Maka Kids. Your feedback helps us improve the app and build a better experience for children and caregivers.To share a suggestion, report something that felt off, or tell us what your child is loving — email us at suppport@makamedia.co and include as much context as you'd like. We read everything and use your feedback to guide what we build next.
