Channels and content

Content in Maka Kids is organized into channels — curated collections of videos grouped around characters, themes, and topics your child already loves. Each channel plays through its content as a complete, intentional viewing session, so your child stays within a focused experience rather than being pulled in unpredictable directions.Note: If a content your child loves doesn't appear, it may not yet be available for their age range. You can adjust their age range at any time from your parent dashboard.

Maka Kids is built to remove the things that make other video apps stressful for children and caregivers alike:

• No advertisements — ever
• No uncontrolled autoplay — your child stays within the channel you've selected, not chased by an endless stream of recommendations
• No recommendations outside your child's age range and interests
• No ability to communicate with other users or share personal information

Every piece of content in Maka Kids is evaluated by our research team before it becomes available in the app. Our team reviews content specifically for developmental appropriateness — not just safety, but genuine value for your child's growth and learning.
