Trouble logging in

If you're having trouble signing in to your Maka Kids account, the steps below cover the most common issues. Maka Kids does not use passwords — you sign in using your email, Google, or Apple account.

Not receiving your verification code

If you signed up with an email address and aren't receiving your 6-digit verification code, try the following:

  1. Check your spam or junk folder — the email may have been filtered automatically
  2. Make sure you're entering the same email address you used to create your account
  3. Check that your device has a stable internet connection
  4. Request a new code and try again

Note: Verification codes expire after a short period. If your code isn't working, request a new one from the sign-in screen.

Trouble signing in with Google or Apple

If you signed up using your Google or Apple account and can't sign in, try the following:

  1. Make sure you're selecting the same sign-in method you used when you created your account
  2. Check that you're signed in to the correct Google or Apple account on your device
  3. Check that your device has a stable internet connection
  4. Close the app fully and try again

Note: If you're unsure which sign-in method you used, try each option — email, Google, and Apple — to find the one associated with your account.
