Welcome to Maka Kids

Maka Kids is a children's video app that gives you control over what your kid watches. You choose the shows and characters they love, we build ad-free, age-appropriate channels around those choices, and a built-in timer helps keep viewing sessions intentional.

Who it's for

• Kids: ages 0–8, broadly split into Infant/Toddler and Preschool/Kindergarten.
• Parents: you set everything up. Kids never see the parent area without your PIN or Face ID / Touch ID.

What you get

• Curated channels built from shows you pick, using YouTube's ad-free player for education.
• Watch time limits that end the session when the clock runs out.
• Multiple kid profiles so each child gets channels tailored to them.
• A parent area gated by a PIN (and biometrics if you enable them) where you edit channels, review settings, and manage your subscription.

Your first few minutes

1. Create your account.
2. Add your child's profile — name, age range, and a few favorite shows.
3. Set your parent PIN.
4. Pick a starter watch-time limit.
5. Hand your kid a curated channel.

You can change any of these later from Settings.
